- You may choose to disclose personal information through a third-party site who performs services for us, so as to complete a transaction with us. In particular, CAPA Austin uses Google forms for student registration and Square for payment processing.

- We do not collect any personally identifiable information from any visitor to our site through the use of “cookies”.
During the semester, photographs, video and/or audio may be taken of students to promote an event or to showcase student achievement. To promote events or the achievement of our students, CAPA Austin, its employees, and authorized representatives, may use images of students or student work in various publications, including newsletters, electronic media, and various pages on our web site at capaaustin.com that may be viewed over the internet.
This is with the understanding that neither CAPA Austin, nor its employees, or authorized representatives will reproduce said photograph, or likeness for any commercial value or receive monetary gain for use of any reproduction or broadcast of said photograph or likeness. As a nonprofit organization, COPPA rules do not apply to CAPA Austin, though we fully support the FTC Act.
Student names, or other personally identifiable information, will not purposely be included with an image or recording on our site.
Anti-discrimination Policy: Christian Academy of Performing Arts Austin admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to our students. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other organization-administered programs.
