SMALL CAST MUSICAL

“TUCK EVERLASTING”!

Students in Grades 9-12 are eligible to audition for our Small Cast Musical.

Eligibility will extend to recent HS Grads who will not be over 19 by March 15.

Inclusion will be based on the casting needs of the show.

*VIDEO auditions should be submitted by midnight on Wednesday, November 13.

Call back materials may be requested by Sunday, November 17.

Tentative casting notice by November 20.

Role acceptance and tuition is due 48 hours after the announcement.

Please prepare and submit an audition on video that includes:

Vocal Audition with accompaniment: up to 1 minute and 30 seconds total for either option

• Option 1 – One verse and chorus of a musical theatre song in a similar style
• Option 2 – Excerpts of 2 musical theatre songs for contrasting styles and/or ranges

Scene Reading: length depends on scenes selected.

• Sides will be provided for recorded open auditions and possibly live callbacks.

Additional details

• The rehearsal schedule is set up based on the cast members’ availability (within reason).
• Some rehearsal over Christmas break will be planned.
• A conflict sheet will need to be submitted by all who audition.
• Extensive conflicts may prohibit some students from being cast.
• Not all students who audition are guaranteed a place in the cast.
• We encourage anyone who does not get a part in the cast to help with other aspects of the show.
• $350 Tuition will be required.
• Volunteer time (or additional financial support) will be required from the participating student and

Performances will be Friday, March 14 (evening) and Saturday, March 15 (matinee and evening).

Location is tentativeling in Round Rock, TX. TBA at a later date.

Our 2025 Teen Summer Musical will be announced at our Christmas Concert on December 12.

Tentative show dates: July 17-19, 2025
